Project Brief
The goal of the reconstruction of the historic Fire Station 1 was to upgrade the entire facility to the current day standard. The creation of the Emergency Operation Center as part of the project created a central command for all city emergency services

Project highlights

• Completed demolition, addition and reconstruction of the entire facility while fire staff was housed in temporary housing – set up directly on the site.
• Received the LEED Gold standard award.
